No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs. No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on porches and in shared spaces. Violations of the smoking policy incur a $500 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking, including cigarette butts, odor, or camera footage, will be grounds for immediate penalties and possible removal. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM daily. Pets are not allowed. Violations policy incur a $500 penalty and possible cancellation of the reservation. No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited. Mail/Parcel delivery is not permitted. Illegal Activities Prohibited: Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior cameras are in use. Violations will be enforced. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. Any property damage must be reported to the host. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform. Consumable Amenities: Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed. Amenities: We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided. Agreement to House Rules: Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs or expenses.
